Those employed by Proactive Behavior Services, full and part time, enjoy free, no strings attached supervision that includes both on site one-to-one supervision to practice skills and group supervision to discuss specific task list items and unrestricted activities.

When we say free and no strings attached, we mean it! We believe that quality supervision includes working across different settings and with different supervisors. In order to accommodate this, supervisors do not need to commit to any additional employment once the supervision period is over.

Proactive Behavior Services is committed to the future of ABA and is happy to be of service to those pursuing their BCBA credential.

Mentorship

We provide mentoring for BCBAs that seek to extend their area of expertise.

Proactive Behavior Services values the expansion of ABA beyond children and autism. In order to commit to this value, we will mentor BCBAs seeking to extend their area of expertise. We have worked in a wide variety of settings and with a wide variety of clients.
