Proactive Behavior Services is an established, values-driven organization.
Since 2008, Proactive has been focusing on skill building and reinforcement for clients, as well as partnering with parents and community providers. We have a diverse BCBA team with a robust supervision model. New hires access a specialized and paid 40-hour training towards becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT).
